2026 Little Heart Heroes Mini Camp Application Form

There are a limited number of spots available for mini camp. Please complete your application as early as possible to improve your chances of success. Applications must be submitted by May 2, 2026. 

Fee for Camp: Camp is free. We have a camp by donation policy. We wanted to ensure that cost would not be a barrier to participation. Please donate what you are able to keep camp free for all families.
